Just what I wanted
as they advertise. I used to buy copper pans, but they need to be "seasoned" like cast iron. Granite stoneware is not required. When I received them I just washed them and started using them. Inconsistency in what they advertise but then advise against using sharps in the utensils - but the TV ad shows someone cutting a piece of steak with a knife in a pan - I wouldn't do it anyway. well above the quality and usability of copper cookware I definitely have no regrets buying the 10 piece set.
