I bought two of these bikes to lock two bikes in the boot after our travels where we usually drink a few pints in honor of the holiday. Well these are the best locks I have ever bought and I am more comfortable using these locks and leaving my bikes unattended than I have ever been. They're heavy, well constructed, and will likely deter most thieves from messing with your bikes. However, someone with the right equipment could probably breach his defenses, but it would require a significant investment in equipment and time, while attracting a lot of attention. I also lock our bikes in our garage in light of all the neighborhood reports of stolen items. Bikes are expensive, in high demand and with the pandemic the wait is pretty long so I'm more comfortable trusting people to do the right thing and these locks encourage that trust.
