Beautiful packaging and looks immaculate when the box is opened. Supplied in storage/travel case, comb, two professional trimming clips, trimming comb and heat resistant glove. The cable is very smooth and the velcro allows you to tuck it away neatly. It's a little attention to detail, but I like the idea behind it. The device is smaller than some I've seen recently, making it easy to use. The heater on/off setting on the bottom is also very well done and you won't accidentally change the setting. Heat is also displayed on the handle. Heats up in 15 seconds - wow. The hair glides over easily but also holds if you want it to. I am very impressed and definitely recommend it. I have thicker hair and this works well for me.
