The size is not the same.
I have attached a picture of the 4T shirt my daughter is wearing and under this shirt as you can see it is much larger and doesn't look like it will fit in the next 2 years . It is also not suitable as a cute dress because the sleeves are too long. Besides being pretty useless right now, I'll keep it for the future anyway because it's pretty cute.
