I had one color of ink that was particularly stuck, but I ran the cleaner through all the nozzles. The instructions don't say so, but I left the hose on the nozzle for 3-5 minutes before squeezing the cleaning liquid through. I used about 2ml per head. I also put a fresh paper towel (not blotter) under the cartridge holder every time I made a new nozzle. I then ran Epson's "Nozzle Cleaning" several times just to be sure. It may not have been necessary, but overall it got rid of the stuck ink. The instructions could have been more specific but as for the product it did what it was supposed to do and left me plenty of fluids in case I need to repeat this in the future.
