Review on Minka Aire F517L BN Concept Ceiling Brushed by Christine Rogers

Not the cheapest fan but I've been looking for a brushed nickel fan with brushed nickel or light wood blades for a long time so finally decided and bought it. When the fan arrived I was so disappointed that it is actually a champagne color - a matte pale silver gold and not a brushed nickel at all! I immediately sent it back and eventually gave up on the whole fan idea and got a lamp instead. very expensive, and almost all have very low light. This is a pretty good looking fan IF you want a pale warm champagne fan, but if you want a brushed nickel fan don't buy this. Maybe just abandon the idea of a fan and buy a good light instead, because a modern frosted fan with a good light just doesn't exist. I'm giving four stars because the style is good - if only the color was right. I would keep
