Nice, sturdy little baking sheets. I received three of these a few weeks ago and found myself using them so much that I've ordered more. The material is well made, heavy sheet metal. It's pretty enough (and small enough) to be placed on the table for serving. (Make sure it's cold, of course, or put a rack underneath and warn your guests.) With normal cooking, I've found that I don't have to soak or clean it before putting it in the dishwasher. I've only had them for a few weeks so I don't know how well the high gloss finish will hold up after hundreds of dishwasher runs. As another reviewer noted, they warp when very hot and straighten up again when they cool down. But every sheet pan I've ever had did.
