I personally found the installation cumbersome. When it says "designed to mount to bed rails," I envisioned some sort of clamp system that typically attaches racks, caps, and storage rails. It's nothing more than a simple (but expensive) mount. "Mounting system" should be replaced with "bracket". That's all. You have to drill to install it and it doesn't seem all that strong considering the weight of the jack and the fact that I usually bounce it around the back of my truck. I ended up not using this and used a tube clamp mount on my bull handlebars. For the price you're paying, at least they could pick the lock.
