Oh my god - I wonder if that can be done by the liter! I have used many urine odor eliminators and this one was at the top of the list. I applied it to stained concrete after a few days of urine and immediately there was no smell, not even an indicator. All I could smell was some kind of mild detergent smell that quickly dissipated. It also seems to get rid of the odor in cats as there hasn't been any urine in the area in the week and a half since I've been using it (thank goodness). I also put something on the mat they step on outside the tray (one of those plastic/rubber mats with little tangled "strings" to catch the trash) and leave it in the cracks and don't pee there either. A few other products were fine, but this one was the best at stopping re-urination. Haven't had to try this on any fabric (rugs) yet, but would feel comfortable applying it to small rugs that I don't mind a little color change - if I do. Even if it only works on hard surfaces it will be a fantastic tool in my office.
