Great, foaming hand sanitizer, with no alcohol. I can't use most hand sanitizers because of the high alcohol content. I have eczema on my hands, which causes small cuts whenever it flares up, and alcohol burns the cuts making it extremely painful. But this foaming sanitizer has no alcohol at all- and it foams up nicely. I keep a small pump filled with this next to the baby changing table, and I take travel size containers of it in my purse, car, and diaper bag. Love it! They used to make a green apple scent, but I can't seem to find it anymore anywhere- now I can only find tangerine-scent, or this unscented, so I went with the unscented. It's great- and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I use it on the baby's hands too!
