I love this blouse! I know some people wear it as a dress but I wear it with leggings. I'm too small for a dress. (at least until I lost 50 pounds). It's a beautiful shade of blue and fits great! I usually wear size 18 but I took XXL which fits 16 and it fits me. Slightly fitted under the arms and for those who really want to show off their shoulders, the elastic at the shoulders rides up with every movement of the arms, so prepare for an off-the-shoulder look.
