Nice but customer service is useless
Instructions are not well written. The gate is very nice and if you can install it, that's great. HOWEVER, there was one part that didn't work with mine. I've been going back and forth with customer support for almost 2 months now. I can say they are terrible. They are completely ridiculous and their answers border on the rude. They refused to help me with the problem and now I have a very nice gate that is worthless because they refuse to fix the problem. Hope you don't need any help from the support team.
