I've only been using them for a few days but I'm noticing a big difference. When they arrived they looked pretty sketchy because there were no instructions and they were just rolled up. I've used other whitening pens in the past so I decided to follow the other directions. After brushing my teeth in the morning, I wipe my teeth with a tissue and then apply a small amount to each front tooth. I try not to eat or drink anything for at least 20 minutes after applying the gel. At the end of the day, I do the same application technique before bed. In just a few days I noticed a HUGE difference. They worked just as well as some brand name whitening strips I've used in the past. Now I have one in my bathroom, one in my purse and my husband caught another. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a bright white smile. I have very sensitive teeth and have never had any problems with these teeth whitening pens. Not sure how they can be refilled, but for around $10 I will definitely be buying more in the future.
