First the base handle broke off on one side. I stuck it on and now it's torn off again. The handle on the other hand hangs on one side. UPDATE: The company has replaced the entire unit as both handles are broken. We have now broken off a pin from the latest one that was sent to us. Also, I agree with the other review, the lid handle dangles and won't screw on. Glued in place. There are definitely several production scenarios that a company needs to implement this product correctly. Otherwise, we like to use a steam cooker. UPDATE 4-1-2020: The handle broke off when I was moving the steamer tonight and poured boiling water over my leg. Do not buy this product, although we love to cook with a steamer, it is NOT SAFE to use. It doesn't matter how many years they have a warranty on it, it's not worth getting burned or injured due to a product malfunction. This was the second device we received from the company.
