I'm not sure there is a better Christmas present for my husband. Although not an alcoholic, he is a drinker and enjoys higher quality spirits. Our guest days are over. Playing Christmas afternoon when he was downstairs, cleaning up, taking him to work. He leaked some really awful stuff which we experienced and as luck would have it we had 5 gallons of cider in the machine, ready to be bottled. Those 5 gallons of cider now make up about 2 liters in the freezer. This is a fine spirit waiting to be diluted and bottled. This person spent hours watching YouTube videos, studying and researching the best way to get something. I had no idea it would be such a hit. The best thing for me is that a lot of time goes by during the distillation process and I really enjoy spending that time with him.
