The autofocus broke this lens.
This lens was, cue, a good lens as long as it worked. f1.4 is f1.4 wherever you go and this lens definitely nailed it, but after shooting with this thing, which was mainly used for video, I quickly realized that it was very slow in autofocus was. I also found that there was a scratching sound when using it. Autofocus turned out that something rubbed on the glass elements inside and broke the glass in this lens. Not my best buy.
