What a wonderfully soft filling for my newly bare head! Winter is here and also I'm very sensitive to the cold due to chemotherapy - this hat is cute, VERY soft, warm yet light and generous enough to cover the back of my head, ears etc without twitching or chaining. Everyone has a free hand to adjust it up, down or around the circumference. The stitching is perfect and the cut and little flower gives me a subtle style flair rather than just a 'cancer bald headpiece'. I have a decent head, so that convenience probably applies to almost everyone. I am so satisfied that I am ordering two more. Not the cheapest but worth the modest extra cost. Yes, what's the difference - it's for me and my bald head. (Also an important factor, the delivery was very, very fast!)
