It's ok Notebook Accessories

I'm not sure if it actually blocks blue light as it can't be determined. I bought the wrong size - totally my fault - and had to cut it to fit. It created bubbles around the edges :( It darkens the screen a bit and makes it a bit blurry, but I'm used to it and don't notice it on a laptop. On an iPad, it darkened the screen a lot with bubbles - because I'm cropping had to fit in. I think try blue goggles.
