Purchased in March, now in late June. At first my husband and I were thrilled. They were long, seemed solid, and charged fast. Fast forward 3 months and one has a bent cord where the cord connects to the phone despite being handled very carefully and the other two no longer charge. Please note that ALL THREE have been treated with great care. Ironically, the one that's bent still charges quickly. And yes, before the company emails me asking me to troubleshoot, I've already done it. I tried multiple charging ports and the same USB connector for all three. It does not matter. Just one quick charge. Very disappointed. UPDATE: This company contacted me and offered to either refund my money or send me new charging cables. I selected the cables and (knock on wood) the new ones seem great! Great customer service.
