I wasn't sure I would like this machine - the first use was intense but oddly comfortable. It was like a blood pressure cuff - inflation with air and repeated contraction and relaxation pressure. But after the second night of use I was hooked! This massager is perfect for relieving your feet after an intense workout, eating too much salt, or standing for too long. I also like that I can adjust the pressure (feet, calves or thighs) and add warmth when needed. Now I look forward to using it!
