Fan works as intended, cools, does the job. However, the plastic frame is so light that you can point the fan straight ahead or down at any angle. It must always point upwards, otherwise it will vibrate and move across the entire surface of the table. Tilting it up seems to keep it in place, but tilting the blades forward or down creates so much wind force that it actually lifts the frame enough to cause vibration. The blade noise is minimal and not annoying, but once it starts vibrating it's really annoying. I gave it a 3 for durability because the plastic is so light it's easily damaged. In general, most of the time he only does his work on a limited basis. Most likely I'll hang it on a hook so it doesn't move around the table.
