Waterproof. They did their job!
These pants are worn over jeans or sweatpants. They are waterproof. They were comfortable. Bought for grandkids and they wore it over their sweatpants/jeans to go sledding, tubing and playing in the snow. Definitely recommend. Goods in size. They definitely did their job.

- My granddaughter wears snow pants and keeps them warm.
Cons
- Not as a textile material, but as a plastic bag. Very disappointed !
