Special thanks to the support service, which helped out in the following situation. At some point, the device ran into the bevel of the window, lost grip and fell. Moreover, although he hung on a safety cord, he managed to hit hard on the cornice of the lower window. Then it stopped turning on. And what - the repair was completed for us completely free of charge and promptly - it was only necessary to send a scan of the check and contact details to the support service via WhatsApp. The very next day, the SDEK courier took the robot, and two weeks later he brought the repaired one. It looks like a miracle to me.

- Not fast, requires patience. Quite noisy.
