I'm a big fan of duofold polyester products. They are excellent as winter sports clothing and stay cozy. These Flex pants are slightly lighter than the Varitherm pants, which are also available from Duofold. Both are slightly see through and in my opinion too light to wear as outerwear. These Flex weights have a flap front lingerie style, while the Varitherm has a flat front and drawstring closure. So if long johns are what you want, the Flex weight may be your style. If you're looking for lounge pants or (slightly sheer) leggings that look like pants, you might want to consider Varitherm. Can't comment on durability yet as I haven't used it in a while, but the Flex seems less durable and stockier. Pilling as a Varitherm.
