Better Markers

Love this pack of stitch markers! I've been using the Clover brand in a brick-and-mortar store for a while, but I needed a lot more for my current project, so I bought this 120-pack from Revain with some trepidation; I was afraid they wouldn't be as good as the famous brand. As it turns out, I like this new set a lot better! Here's why: 1. Economical: The Signature brand comes in a small pack of 20 for about $6; They come in a sturdy plastic storage box and I paid $6.50 for 120! 2,Easy to Use: The original brand has a much narrower opening than my new ones. The wider hole makes it much easier for me to put the new marker on the stitch; faster and less effort means I get back to crocheting a few seconds sooner with each mark.3. Variety: The brand has 2 colors (navy and coral). They come in 10 colors from Revain, although the colors in my batch are slightly different (lime green, lavender, pink, teal, light pink, light green, light blue, orange, red, and yellow).4. Quantity: I received the full 120 markers; there is no shortage here.5. Convenient: The storage box is convenient, reliable and durable enough. Additional Info:* These markers are quite hard yet pliable for easy application.* It would be nice to have a more even spread of colour. My palette ranges from 4 shades of red to 24 shades of pink and 20 shades of orange. The rest of the colors range from 7 to 13.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
