Just over 30 days of use, and the handle of the vacu-seal cover/plunger came off while still positioned near the bottom of the glass cylinder. Removing it was a bit tricky, but got it done. Just gotta ask. "who designed this ?" If this was glued or pressure-fit (appears so), those were not very good choices. Given the design of the stainless bottom face of the plunger DOES allow removal for cleaning with a locking partial-twist, the top handle portion should have been manufactured in a similar fashion. C'mon, the handle is being pushed and pulled EVERY DAY with some level of resistance. So if I don't glue it back together, the glass tube could always double as a flower vase.
