The head is unsuitable for video. The legs are excellent

I bought one for the legs and put a Manfrotto fluid head on it. The head it comes with seems to match the photo but I haven't used it so can't tell much. If you record pan/tilt videos, it definitely cannot be used. So far, the tripod has been very easy to use. The screw legs extend and retract faster than I expected and that's not a problem for me. The tripod is light enough to hold with my left hand while squeezing everything out with my right. It takes a little longer to get to the monopod because you have to unscrew the hook on the center post. It should be appreciated for the grip, but it's sleek and narrow so you'll need a strong grip to loosen or tighten it. It acts as a stop for the center post. So using the camera upside down (possibly shooting the ground or pointing the video head straight up) seems safe enough as there is a backup to prevent the post from slipping and the collects piles. . camera if you don't fasten the main mount sufficiently. It's possible to screw the legs out too far, but once you've done it and clipped them together, it's easy not to go too far again. All materials are of high quality, the appearance is excellent. I still find it a bit pricey for what I got. At this price the head should be bigger than it is.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Carbon Fiber Weight is incorrect, is 4 oz heavier than claimed. Also received mis-labeled tripod.
