I am very disappointed in this product. I've been hoping for something like this for a long time. I had a small Olay spin brush that I have used for years and really like. I wanted something more to use in the shower for my back which is hard for me to reach with a loofah. It seemed perfect so I bought it. Insert new batteries and switch on. My first impression was wow, that's loud. But I can live with that. Everything was fine the first time I used it, but the brush seemed to slow down and stop if you put too much pressure on the skin. left it on and the batteries died. New batteries, no, still won't turn on, I slapped my palm hard and it turned on. Again, the brush would stop moving if too much pressure was applied to the skin. The third time I used it it wouldn't turn back on, when I pressed the button I pressed it hard again and it still wouldn't turn on. I sat on the edge of the tub (not forgetting to take it downstairs and see if I could figure out what was wrong with it, maybe the batteries really were dead this time) to continue my shower, and a few minutes later it turned on while sitting on the edge of the tub. This time I couldn't turn it off until I hit my arm hard. Last night even hitting it hard couldn't turn it on. I've never had the opportunity to use attachments other than a brush. one. The rest is still in the box. I feel like I wasted my money on something I had high hopes for. If I hadn't used it 4 or 5 times and bought it here I would have sent it back. I'm not sure if it's worth sending it back. That's what I get for not reading ALL the reviews.
