My 9lb Coton de Tulear and Miniature Poodle mix love it almost too much! I could tell she was a little fed up and when she ate she just gulped it down. Once she ate too fast and vomited - you could tell she wasn't chewing anything. So I bought this species for a change and for the poodle's benefit. I mixed about half and she liked it so much that I could use it as a treat and then she could take it out of the bowl and keep the old food! Another benefit is that the claim that the shape makes them chew the pellets is very true. I can hear my pup chew with every bite! They are smaller than I expected but perfect! I wish they were cheaper or the same price as regular food but I will buy this again.
