Let me start by saying that this is a great product. It just didn't work for me. I'll tell you why I gifted this product to my sister and she loves it. In fact, he holds her Ez-Pass better than mine. My ez-pass rattled and shook. I noticed that my EZ Pass is slightly smaller than theirs. But the product is great. That's easy. Three suction cups and suction cup recesses for the bases to slide into. Again simple design. Attach to windshield and add your ez-pass. Tools are not required. Just clean your windshield before applying. It helps a lot. Overall Rating: Worth buying if you want your ez-pass to be hidden and not show the ugly sticky/adhesive strips that come with the ez-pass.
