Works perfectly! Air conditioning suitable
It arrived just in time for a hot few days and works really well. It is designed so that any drips that collect on the blinds flow back into the drip tray. It has an internal battery that is holding up well so far. I'm not sure what the difference is putting ice on it, but it will absolutely lower the temperature of the area it's in.
