The ability to track guests through your website with ease! It's like having another employee in house by automatically collecting guest information when they come into contact with our site. I dislike how slow it takes for them to update sometimes but overall very satisfied once everything gets set up properly. Make sure you have a good amount of people dedicated so things don't get missed if there are any issues along the way while setting up new features/apps etc. If needed we can easily add more staff as the need arises which makes this service ideal. Tracking who has visited my website without me needing extra manpower.
