It took about 3 minutes from the moment I picked it up from the porch to the moment it was installed. The actual installation took about a minute. My faucet has a female connector so I had to use an adapter. It works great. The atomizer head looks exactly like the picture and is obviously of good quality when you hold it in your hands. The spray is clean and strong, no leaks. When you return to normal flow, it is steady, with no fluctuations or fluctuations in pressure. I highly recommend this purchase. It's definitely worth every penny.
