To be honest I don't know if people who think these shoes are of poor quality are actually watching their kids play. Small children love to drag their feet. So, as a parent, if you don't fix them, their shoes will break. They offer great support, wish well and most importantly have a great trail running thread, this is a new balance product, it should mean everything. Our kids have worn them for decades, we play a lot and they sell well.
