In the month it's been running we've really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the buttons on the device itself no longer work. The remote is our only way to turn it on and off, and even that's finicky. This thing has a mind of its own - it emits continuous beeps and toggles between all settings. We switch off. have been installed. Nothing helps. No matter what temperature it stops at, we're stuck. I have contacted the manufacturer and will get back to you as soon as I get an answer. Let's hope we only have "unsuccessful" and this is not representative of the entire model. However, looking at some of the other reviews here, it seems that this is not an isolated issue. UPDATE: The manufacturer was great! The warranty allowed us to cut the cord, take a picture and get a full check refund.
