In the month it's been running we've really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the buttons on the device itself no longer work. The remote is our only way to turn it on and off, and even that's finicky. This thing has a mind of its own - it emits continuous beeps and toggles between all settings. We switch off. have been installed. Nothing helps. No matter what temperature it stops at, we're stuck. After reading the reviews I chose this product because (despite the name and description) it is not quiet. We like night noise. The electronic control board on this machine is complete garbage. Brand new out of the box, it doesn't work properly or at all. It can work for several minutes and then start beeping non-stop. The touchpad doesn't work often, if at all. The remote can make the device respond, but doesn't do much beyond a light show. The light just keeps changing between settings and beeping.
