EDIT: Seller contacted me after my first review and sent me another one for free! I am very happy to report that the app works great. The product is just as advertised; it looks flawless and offers enough protection to give me peace of mind. I highly recommend this product! ---------------------------------------------- ---- ---------------------------------------------- ---- -------------------------------------------------- Firstly, this product was exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately the (careful) leveling/gluing/realigning/re-gluing process resulted in permanent bending and stretching of the product. Mine may have been defective somehow as I seem to have done everything right and still ended up crimping the sticker. There were no instructions in English so I used my own experience and common sense. I carefully align the edges and corners of the laptop, slowly peeling off the sticker, aligning and sticking the corners and edges first, but my first try was too far down to properly align the button cutout with the top. On the second try, I went to the product page and followed all the seller's instructions I found there: I gently peeled off the shell and tried again, moving slowly with the other pair of hands and helping myself to keep it straight. We had to restart the process several times and by the time we achieved perfect alignment it was too late. The sticker has already formed permanent curves. It's a shame because it's a beautiful and high quality product and if I could afford to just buy another one I would after going through the alignment process and understanding it better. I would also appreciate English instructions in the package, but only found Chinese instructions. I would happily give a 5 star rating if I could repeat the process and get a finished product with no creases. (FYI: mine was for Surface Book 2, 15 inch)
