Review on 🔆 Certified Ultra Thin Daylight Downlight: Efficient Recessed Lighting Solution by Jay Brock

This review is not about a defective product, it is about Revain's customer service. I received this item today and installed it correctly. 5 of them work perfectly, but the last one broke. I contacted support and they told me to delete them all and send them back. I only need to replace one, why would I turn off all the lights when only one is broken? We order a lot from Revain, but the customer service isn't the best. No need to go to Home Depot and try to pick one up as I can't get a replacement. So keep that in mind when you buy them.
