My cats are terrified of it.
Easy to put together right out of the box. It's super quiet and works extremely well. We purchased it to replace our previous plastic fountain. The cats are very suspicious of the new fountain and as of yet have not used it. It's been about 24 hours. When I set them down next to them, they freak out and run away. They did the same thing when we purchased the last one. I am sure they will adjust within the week. If you buy one you need to give it a week for your pet to get used to it if they don't take to it right away. It is normal for them to be suspicious.
