On the pointer itself, there is a marking that the power is < 10000mW. It is not clear how much, but my copy turned out to be quite powerful - it easily burns through the safe package in which the package was packed (if you shine on the black side and keep the beam motionless). I'm afraid to play with a cat with this pointer - it's very powerful, if it gets into the cat's eye, it will probably be a disaster. A 4800mAh battery is included, but in the test it turned out that the capacity is fake - only 280mAh.
