This review is for a 5 lb box of 3" to 5" slate from Small World Slate & Stone. If you are looking for natural slate for your aquarium then look no further. I'm so happy with what I got. The stones come with an information card that explains everything you need to know and how to use them for your specific needs. The photos show how the stones look straight out of the box. natural slopes. I just stacked them to see how it would look with parallel layer lines. Not that bad, is it? My ultimate goal is to create small safe spaces for my fry and baby shrimp. Hopefully you can get a good idea of the size of the stones and how many and what size you need for your pool. Highly recommended!
