I am doing a medical foot scrub and had a similar result with this product. You will be given three sets of plastic boots that you pack up and then put on socks. You can leave them on for about 90 minutes or so. I didn't keep track of time as I'm used to using things like this so I left them for about an hour or a little more. After a few days my feet started to peel off as expected and I moved on. It also says you want to steam your legs after a few days, but I often take hot salt baths so I didn't have to take the extra step. I won't lie, it's pretty gross because it takes a lot of skin, but it's also fun lol. You're likely to have bits of dead skin all over the house unless you wear socks every day, which I dislike at home. Especially in your sheets. My feet feel so soft and all calluses have been removed. Since I do this several times a year, my calluses have been pretty good. If so, I would do it a second time, or even a third time if I hadn't washed my feet in years. I love doing acid peels when my feet start to crack or dry out. It's much easier than other products. Overall it does what it's supposed to do and there's plenty to do that you don't need to do often if you haven't looked after your feet for a while. 5 Stars.
