I really liked the teapot, until recently there were no complaints. The temperature readings on the button start to fluctuate and give very inaccurate readings such as saying it was 105 when it was 170 or sometimes just giving me an error code like E2 or E3. Something like that. I pushed the button and saw the reading change dramatically and in the end it seemed to be fixed, but I'm sure it will happen again. Something went wrong with the wiring in the handle due to the kettle's lifting weight. I decided to go back and find a kettle with controls at the base.
