At first I thought I wouldn't like it. Instructions should be clearer. Realizing the light stays on until it cools down made me feel better. I like the keep warm function. This is a really good plastic-free teapot! The price was very reasonable.

Setting the temperature is easy. Press the buttons to change the desired temperature. The speed of boiled water is faster than my old one. The inner surface of the teapot is smooth. It's easy to clean. The keep warm function is useful when you want to have a delicious cup of tea. I love it.

Love the design and feel. Good stand and decent cable length. Heats up quickly. Unfortunately, the 1st one broke somehow when I put the water in to test it and it was leaking everywhere. The 2nd was good for testing/cleaning. But if used at a lower temperature, the thermostat's internal safety switch will activate at 120° and will then continue to activate when reset and restarted after 30 seconds.

I am very happy with the kettle. The lid is removable so it's easy to fill and I expect it to be easy to clean, but not yet. I initially had trouble figuring out how to heat the kettle because the instructions didn't make it clear that I had to press and hold the power button for a second to activate the heating action. Nice kettle, looks great and works great. I love that it's made entirely of stainless steel and glass, no plastic parts that come in contact with water. The only thing I want is an on/off switch. Pretty easy, right? I was very surprised to find out it wasn't him. When plugged in it's either ON or STANDBY to keep the water warm, but has no switch! You have to unplug/plug it every time or keep the kettle away from the base. I keep it to myself simply because I like the stainless steel part.

I really liked the teapot, until recently there were no complaints. The temperature readings on the button start to fluctuate and give very inaccurate readings such as saying it was 105 when it was 170 or sometimes just giving me an error code like E2 or E3. Something like that. I pushed the button and saw the reading change dramatically and in the end it seemed to be fixed, but I'm sure it will happen again. Something went wrong with the wiring in the handle due to the kettle's lifting weight.

Works great! From cold water, starting at a water temperature of around 57⁰, it takes around 7 minutes to bring to a boil at 212⁰. Not that bad. It's nice to see the blue color, to see the water boiling. Seeing how much water is in the kettle really helps. There is even a keep warm function for up to 60 minutes.
