Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the collar. The color and detail are amazing. It's soft on the bottom and soft on the top. From the product photos it looks like cheap hard plastic so I can't go wrong. I photographed a fully dressed SIZE Small of our 7 week old French Bulldog. This is exactly what she needs to place her tags. I like the buckle, even though it's plastic it's very nice and durable. The metal D ring is a nice touch, even though we don't use it, it has a seat belt which is a nice touch. Adjustment was easy and it stays where I put it. I hope this helps your solution. Will definitely be buying the same one as a backup or upgrade when it gets bigger.
