The instructions did not come with the tool as advertised and the tool was 5 days late so I emailed bestauto 2 times and asked them to provide a copy of the Emailing instructions that should have been included in the kit to tell you where to drill a hole to be able to use part of it and to let you know the part doesn't fit, [after 3 days they replied, JUST TRY TO USE THE DEALER], that's terrible customer service, I bought this DIY boat repair kit, don't go to the dealer! I have tried and broken a new seal that I CANNOT USE DUE TO BAD PRODUCT TO INTRODUCE A BEARING WITHOUT A PARTIAL HOLE! Now I have to buy more parts and spend more time, I recommend not buying, I had two, I put 1 star.
