A lot of people like this product - the silicone makes it very easy to remove product (even without pre-spraying on the mold) and very easy to clean. I actually threw away my other cupcake pans after using them because I couldn't keep cleaning them and food was still sticking to them. A fall - and it is quite large - is very fragile. The first time I used it I almost lost a whole batch of cupcakes because it would flap back and forth even with two hands once it was in the air. If you don't expect it, you will lose your party. To solve this, I just put a small baking sheet underneath so I could hold onto it instead.
