Lowered the temperature on the original Xbox!

I bought this to use on my original Xbox because the thermal paste was 14-15 years old and needed replacing (it was so dry it could easily be mistaken for a torn thermal pad ) . After dusting, cleaning the old paste with 99% isopropyl alcohol, and applying it, its temperature dropped about 10°C (from 65-70°C, which is high, to 55-60°C, which is normal). ). If your thermal paste is old I would recommend this one!
