Just received this laminator today so my rating is based on out of the box performance. After unpacking, I read the instructions and turned on the machine. It only took a few minutes to heat up, which is very pleasing. I placed the page I wanted to laminate in a laminating envelope, making sure everything was aligned and that the envelope was flat so I didn't have air bubbles. I stuck the closed end into a slot on the machine and it was ready in about a minute. First time using it out of the box and my side came out great! No bubbles or creases, literally flawless. I love the included paper cutter and corner rounder. The paper cutter is sharp for easy cutting, while the rounded corners give it a professional look. I'm sure I'll be laminating everything from now on because it's so quick and easy to use!
