Pillow of good quality and very durable. It has a good grip and is not spongy. Appears to be positioned in relation to the contours of the human lower back and appears to be a beneficial product for spinal health, especially when sitting for long periods. After sitting at the table all day, just 10-15 minutes on the pillow helped me release tension in my lower back. I am satisfied with the product.
